As I've stated on the first page, I'm offering an affordable manuscript evaluating/editorial service, with the occasional free ARC reading. My services consist of proofreading, copy editing, line editing, developmental editing and beta/alpha editing. Now, some stories will only require some of the things I do and that's okay! Manuscript Evaluation: Beta/Alpha Editing
This service is recommended for those that can't afford a full edit right now. It'll allow me to read over your manuscript, make suggested, simple edits, and give feedback for improvement.
Manuscript Evaluation: Editing Types
Proofreading: For minor typos, spelling erros and formatting issues.
Copy Editing: Going over grammar, punctuation, syntax and consistency in style.
Line Editing: Focusing on style, tone and flow. Improving sentence structure and word choice.
Developmental Editing: The big picture! Addressing elements such as plot, character development, pacing and overall structure.
ARC Reading
This is for pre-release versions of the manuscript. An early version of a book before its officially released. This is a service I give for free for any author that would like honest feedback before your release date. I will ask for proof of the finished book and release date before accepting any ARCs.
